We are unabashedly in awe of Amanda Gorman’s performance during the inauguration today.
And there’s great news for everyone who feels the same way: Gorman has two books hitting shelves this fall.
For young readers, she has the picture book Change Sings: A Children's Anthem, which has already achieved bestseller status on Amazon.
And for more advanced readers, she has a poetry collection called The Hill We Climb, which shares its title with the poem she wrote for Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Both books come out September 21 but are available for preorder now.
Gorman is the first-ever national youth poet laureate and now, at twenty-two, is also the youngest inaugural poet; you can watch (or rewatch) her recite "The Hill We Climb" on NPR.
