When we’re asked to share what makes us grateful, a common answer (when applicable) is “good health.”

We’ve all heard about the risks that technology poses to our health, and writers — whether they’re scribbling in a garret, a la Jo March, or tapping away at a keyboard — should definitely consider preventive measures to keep in tip-top shape.
