The past two months have been packed with frightening weather, from hurricanes to wildfires to derechos.
Like many of you, Kris Rusch wasn’t just watching these headlines — she was living some of them, as were many of her friends and business associates.
In her recent business musings blog post, she lists a number of advance preparation steps, both personal and professional, that we should all take, in case we’re ever among those evacuating.
Perhaps just as important, though, Rusch also tells anyone affected by these disasters to be kind to themselves, no matter how well or poorly they’re coping after the fact.
