Bring a scene to life without relying on the five basic senses

Past teachers may have encouraged you to add adjectives and adverbs to your essays and discouraged you from beginning a sentence with “and” or “but.”

Well, we already told you that you could ignore the latter rule, and we’re about to share justification for discarding the former, too.
