We all know a free sample is a great way to judge whether we want to invest more time and/or money into, well, anything.

But a sample of an ice cream flavor is probably much easier to judge than a sample edit of your book.

Fortunately, veteran editor Tiffany Yates Martin can offer some guidance in that department.
