A publishing house is seeking fans’ help in unveiling Ursula K. Le Guin’s final poetry collection.
Le Guin had completed her final edits on the poems in So Far So Good just days before her January 22 death.
Now, Copper Canyon Press is pushing to raise $25,000 to make what would be Le Guin’s thirteenth poetry collection a reality.
The nonprofit, independent publishing house hopes to entice donors by including a name (either the donor’s or a loved one’s) from each $100 gift in the book’s first edition.
Le Guin gained fame as a science-fiction and fantasy author, but she attributed her love of writing to poetry.
Worlds of Ursula K Le Guin, a documentary about the beloved writer, will premiere on June 10 at a UK film festival.
