If Chicago isn’t already in your future travel plans, you may want to start considering it: A combination bookstore-restaurant-bakery with drinks is coming to the South Side next month.

Bibliophile will be a “full-service gastropub with a full bar and dishes like shrimp and grits and boozy desserts like a lemon pound cake with a limoncello drizzle,” according to Eater Chicago.

Its owners, who also run a bakery in Chicago, plan to open as many as sixteen other incarnations of it across the U.S. and Canada, if it succeeds.

So maybe we all ought to visit the Windy City to ensure Bibliophile’s success!
