In case you missed it in the hustle and bustle leading up to the long weekend, HBO released the official trailer for My Brilliant Friend.
The adaptation of Elena Ferrante’s novel is expected to hit screens in November, according to Vulture.
My Brilliant Friend is the first book in a best-selling Neapolitan quartet about two friends growing up in post-war Italy.
The TV show will comprise eight episodes and keep the books’ Neapolitan dialect, adding English subtitles, Vulture says.
