Starz hit ratings paydirt by adapting Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, and now it's turning to mystery author Tana French, according to Vanity Fair.

Dublin Murders will take inspiration from the first two books in French’s Dublin Murder Squad crime series: In the Woods and The Likeness.

The eight-episode show is expected to debut next year.

Its stars include Killian Scott as Rob Reilly, Sarah Greene as Cassie Maddox, and Conleth Hill as Superintendent O’Kelly.
