Apple and Audible co-release six free audiobooks

It’s been a busy week for Apple.

In addition to adding new marketing tools for affiliates, Apple also announced the release of six free audiobooks in partnership with Audible.

The books, all classics from the public domain, are:

• The Secret Garden, by Frances Hodgson Burnett (narrated by Karen Gillan).

• Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley (narrated by Aaron Mahnke).

• The Time Machine, by H.G. Wells (narrated by Kelsey Grammer).

• Pride & Prejudice, by Jane Austen (narrated by Kate Beckinsale).

• The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, by L. Frank Baum (narrated by Tituss Burgess).

• Winnie the Pooh (narrated by Disney Book Group).
