Two communities that inspire fervent passion among their members are joining forces to create what might be the world’s most powerful book club: Oprah Winfrey and Apple.

The Apple TV+ streaming service announced yesterday will be available this fall, though it’s not clear when Winfrey’s book club will kick off.

Winfrey did say, however, that it will include live-streams with authors and express hope that it will be “the biggest, most vibrant, most stimulating book club on the planet.”

Hat tip to the Digital Reader for highlighting the Winfrey announcement; you can read his post if you don’t wish to watch Apple’s announcement videos.
