Marlon James, a Man Booker Prize-winning and internationally bestselling author, has launched a podcast today.
Marlon and Jake Read Dead People co-stars James’s editor, Jake Morrissey, and it promises an “uncensored” and “no holds barred” commentary on a variety of authors who are no longer living.
Two episodes were released today, with a new episode coming out weekly after that for the next six weeks.
James is best known for the National Book Award finalist Black Leopard, Red Wolf, and the Man Booker Prize winner A Brief History of Seven Killings.
