The creator of Downton Abbey will write the screenplay for a new adaptation of The Wind in the Willows.
Kenneth Grahame’s classic novel — the story of Mole, Rat, Toad, and Badger – was of course previously made into an animated film by Disney.
More recently, it also became a musical, with the help of Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes.
His upcoming animated adaptation will be shot at the studios of Peter Jackson (of Lord of the Rings fame), reports Deadline.
