Celebrity book clubs have released their picks for June 2021.

Reese Witherspoon selected Seven Days in June, by Tia Williams.

The novel reintroduces writers Eva and Shane to each other, years after their secret weeklong love affair, and follows them as they pretend to have just met — and to definitely not have been incorporating their past attraction to each other into their fiction.

Jenna Bush Hager picked Malibu Rising, by Taylor Jenkins Reid.

The book covers just one night in the lives of the four famous Riva siblings: the annual end-of-summer party that ends with a literal bang.

It's "a compulsively fun read that anybody would want to throw in their beach bag," Hager said in announcing her Read With Jenna book club pick

Good Morning America chose The Other Black Girl, by Zakiya Dalila Harris.

Harris’s debut novel tells the story of Nella, who is initially thrilled to no longer be the only Black girl in her office … but who grows increasingly uneasy as the second Black hire rises in the company as Nella finds threatening anonymous notes on her desk.

You can read an excerpt of The Other Black Girl in GMA's announcement of its choice.
