Vladimir Nabokov reads from "Lolita" ... and chases butterflies

Yesterday marked the 63rd anniversary of Lolita’s publication.

In honor of the occasion, Literary Hub shared video of its author, Vladimir Nabokov, doing an interview while hunting butterflies.

The clip from a French TV station includes Nabokov reading his book in both English and French, praising and panning fellow authors, and musing on other topics.
