Some bookworms read as they please, without fear of judgment.

Others can be self-conscious about some of their tastes, though.

Michael Woodson, of the podcast B**K It!, is here to grant those bookworms permission to bravely browse the middle-grade section.

(Well, we’re sure he endorses all browsing, but his particular post is on that particular genre.)

It’s generally accepted that all ages can read young-adult fiction, but as Woodson points out, middle-grade fiction is often the material that turns us into lifelong readers.
