Literary Hub's Emily Temple was, um, surprised to learn that a Gone Girl-themed cruise will be taking place to celebrate the novel's tenth anniversary ...

... and author Gillian Flynn is hosting it.

But she quickly discovered that Flynn was far from the only writer to make such an appearance.
