The Divider: Trump in the White House is a collaboration between a New York Times reporter and writer for The New Yorker.

So both of those news outlets have (probably very proudly) previewed the September 20 book.

The New Yorker warns that its excerpt of The Divider will only be available for a limited time, but the NY Times shares several key points in its article.

Namely, it focuses on Donald Trump's frustration that his generals weren't "totally loyal" to him, as he erroneously believed Adolf Hitler's had been to him.

It also describes Trump lashing out at military aides who refused to send in armed forces to clear Black Lives Matter protesters who were filling Lafayette Square, near the White House.
