The world’s most valuable novel — per sale price, at least — is a first edition of Jane Austen’s Emma.

And while its 2019 price tag (£375,000, or $334,000 at today's exchange rate) put it out of reach of most people, that doesn't mean it will be inaccessible.

Literary Hub, citing The Telegraph, says the book will go on display at England's Chawton House, where Austen's brother Edward lived, in early 2023.
