Here are some of the big names attending the 2023 Hay Festival

Organizers of the Hay Festival have revealed over thirty of the events it will feature next year.

Among them: Booker Prize-winning author Margaret Atwood, who will speak about her short-story collection Old Babes in the Wood; Costa First Novel Award winner Caleb Azumah Nelson; and UK poet laureate Simon Armitage.

The Guardian also highlighted some of the less-traditionally-literary guests for the May 25-June 4 event: the musicians Dua Lipa and the Proclaimers (performing separately).
