BookRiot has three posts today that could easily rile a reader up, or at the very least inspire conversation.

The one most of us would likely be angry over, but at least on the same side: a look at every current book-ban lawsuit, which Kelly Jensen says is the best way to fight back against the movement.

The post most likely to inspire debate, or so I would suspect, is the one in which Alice Nuttall explores whether historical fiction should incorporate modern attitudes or stick to those of its era ... including those we would now consider racist, sexist, or otherwise bigoted.

And finally, for those who aren't interested in doing much of the pot-stirring, there's a list of ten of the most polarizing fantasy books ever written.
