Two more posts about attempts to restrict what we read came up in our RSS feed today.

One is from NPR, whose Code Switch podcast took a look at how book bans — which disproportionally affect underrepresented authors — are hitting Indigenous writers.

The other is from Book Riot, which shares ways in which literature would be harmed by Project 2025.

Project 2025, drafted by a group of right-wing organizations, lays out a plan to use the federal government's powers to remake the US.
