Among those killed Thursday afternoon in the mass shooting at the Annapolis Capital was Rob Hiaasen, the brother of novelist Carl Hiaasen.
Rob Hiaasen was a reporter at the Baltimore Sun for 17 years before becoming an editor at the Capital in 2010.
At least five people died after a gunman entered the newspaper's offices and opened fire.
