For many authors, a basic word-processing program like Word is sufficient to get their works out into the world and into readers' hands.

Others, like Dave Chesson, prefer a few more tools, bells, and whistles.

Chesson just reviewed Scrivener 3.0 on his blog, the Kindlepreneur, and has tons of information about its features, in addition to videos and a coupon code for those who are persuaded to try it.

To be clear, he doesn’t say everyone should use Scrivener — so if you’re perfectly happy with what you have, feel free to ignore his post.
