Congratulations to author A.G. Riddle, who recently had four novels optioned for film, and to Fussy readers who can proudly brag that they found out about him before Hollywood did!

Riddle decided to try his hand at writing and self-publishing back in 2013, and with some help from his mother and his now-wife, The Atlantis Gene took off.

He followed up with two more books, and the trilogy has since sold more than 2 million copies, he told local TV station WTVD.

A standalone novel, Departure, came out in 2015 and is among those four novels optioned for film — it, in fact, is in development by 20th Century Fox.

Check out Riddle’s TV appearance below (or read the station’s article) and visit his website to learn more about him and his work.

I love A.G. Riddle's novels. They are original ideas and always thought provoking. He uses just enough technology/technical terms to make his scenarios believable but not so much as to put the reader to sleep.
