Mike Shatzkin is neither a lawyer nor a fortune-teller, but with nearly fifty years in the book industry, he at least has a firm base for his predictions.

Shatzkin went on Joanna Penn’s podcast recently to predict the future for a few big companies — the newly taken over Barnes & Noble and Amazon Publishing — as well as to discuss what smaller entities might expect as technology advances.
