Writing advice from Stephen King

We have several literary birthdays this week and tomorrow especially, but few of the other authors were as generous with writing advice as Stephen King has been.

As you know, he put out an entire book on the craft; one author/reader, Bobby Powers, shared his top thirteen takeaways from On Writing.

Barnes & Noble chose its favorite twenty writing rules from King, and Jerry Jenkins — himself an author — actually has a guest post from the king of horror to share.
