Holidays have a reputation for being family time, but most of us spend the rest of the year with at least a few relatives on a routine basis.

Take author Andrea Pearson as a leading example.

Not only has she published sixty books, but she’s also done it as the mother of three young children, the teacher of said children, a wife, and the co-host of two podcasts.

(We’re tired just typing that.)

Pearson, clearly, has developed some excellent time-management skills and efficiency strategies, which she was kind enough to share on a recent episode of Joanna Penn’s podcast.

You can listen to their conversation or read a transcript of it on The Creative Penn.
