Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein’s defense team have again — unsuccessfully — sought to have a juror removed because of her reading material.

The juror recently posted on a book review site that she was reading My Dark Vanessa and Le Consentement, both of which center on predatory sexual relationships between older men and teenage girls.

Weinstein, of course, is on trial for rape and sexual assault; his lawyers argued Tuesday that such reading material violated juror instructions not to “consume media related to the trial,” according to Vulture.

The judge asked the juror a few questions Tuesday, concluded it wasn’t an issue, and reaffirmed his belief when Weinstein’s lawyers again called the reading material into question today.
