Well-known publishing house Simon & Schuster is up for sale.

The CEO of ViacomCBS, which currently owns the publisher, said it’s not a “core asset” of the company, but that it is a “marquee asset” that’s “highly valuable,” according to the Associated Press.

Simon & Schuster publishes such authors as Stephen King and Bob Woodward, and announced Tuesday — a day before the sale announcement — that it would release Janet Evanovich’s next four books.

Among its most historic assets: Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea and Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends & Influence People.
