One of Donald Trump’s brothers is trying to block the publication of their niece’s memoir, Too Much and Never Enough.

Robert Trump — not the father of Mary — has twice filed motions to stop its release; the first bid was denied June 25, with the next one filed the following day.

The Guardian reports that while Robert Trump’s lawsuit acknowledges that he hasn’t actually read the book, it is clear to him based on media reports that it contains information that violates a confidentiality agreement signed in 2001.

That deal is related to litigation over Fred Trump Sr.’s will (the grandfather of Mary and father of Robert and Donald).
