Sorry for the whiplash, but we have another reversal (sort of) in the Mary Trump memoir case.

Late Wednesday, the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division lifted the Tuesday restraint that blocked distribution of Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man, reports USA TODAY.

However, the newspaper says, a restraining order against Mary Trump herself remained in effect, though her lawyers were working to have that vacated as well.

The book promises unflattering information about Donald Trump, whose brother Robert — not Mary's father — had filed the motion to block the book, initially set to be released on July 28.

Simon & Schuster, the book's publisher, has stood behind Mary Trump.
