Wealthy bookworms who are looking to relocate to upstate New York, look no further.

Susan Orlean, author of The Library Book and The Orchid Thief, is listing her Hudson Valley home for $3.495 million, reports the New York Times.

Orlean and her husband built the home on the former dairy farm in 2005, so you’d be just the second owner of the property — if you can afford it.

Those of us who can’t afford it will have to be content with reading about it, straight from the source (i.e., Orlean), in the NY Times.
