Barnes & Noble has further sweetened the pot for authors who sell through it.

The Digital Reader reports that ebooks distributed through B&N Press will now pay a flat 70 percent royalty, up from the previous 65 percent or 40 percent.

Additionally, these royalties will be sent out thirty days after the end of the month, rather than sixty days.

You can read more about the new B&N royalty rules, including how they stack up against other retailers, at The Digital Reader.
