Authors may prefer to have their work grab the spotlight, but they can’t go completely incognito.

Adding a short bio to your books ensures that your work seems professional, welcomes readers, helps you connect with your audience, and boosts book sales.

So while it’s not as important as a great cover design or stellar blurb, it’s still a valuable resource that’s worth investing time and energy into.
