Start your day off with ... some gloomy news about British kids.

Oxford University Press researchers surveyed more than 8,000 children ages seven to fourteen about which words they'd use when discussing health and well-being.

The top choice? "Anxiety," with 21 percent of children picking it, reports the Guardian.

Next in line were "challenging" (19 percent), "isolate" (14 percent), and "resilience" (12 percent).

That last word was what teachers said they tried to use most often when talking to students about health and well-being.
