How self-published authors can work through feeling overwhelmed

There's no shortage of advice for independent authors — nor shortage of tasks they seemingly need to handle.

The Alliance of Independent Authors consulted a number of its members, some of them neurodiverse and others neurotypical, to learn how they cope with or overcome feelings of being overwhelmed.
