Poet Amanda Gorman has been invited to perform an original poem for a major event, once again.

This time, it was the newest session of the UN General Assembly.

“An Ode We Owe” speaks of the importance of nations coming together to fight disparity and climate change.

Gorman spoke with The Associated Press ahead of her Monday appearance, discussing such issues as (of course) fame and creative inspiration, but also her long-term goals.

UPDATE: You can now watch Gorman deliver “An Ode We Owe” on Instagram!
