Bestselling romance author Nora Roberts has responded to a library in need, yet again.

This time, reports Literary Hub, it’s the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library in Arkansas.

The library's special display for Pride in 2021 stirred up anger from residents who opposed the inclusion of books on sexuality and gender identity.

In addition to harassing staff, those opponents have gotten the library's funding to appear on local ballots this election cycle.

A group called Save Our Libraries, rallying against the defunding attempt, told the Arkansas Times this week that Roberts had donated $25,000 to its efforts.

Roberts previously donated $50,000 to a Michigan library that was defunded.
