It's the lawsuit that never ends.

A class-action suit accusing Amazon and the Big Five publishers of price-fixing, which was dismissed a few months ago, has been amended and refiled.

Publishers Weekly reports that lawyers led by Seattle-based firm Hagens Berman filed the new suit last Monday in the Southern District of New York.

It again claims that the retailers are colluding to eliminate price competition from the ebook market.

Nate Hoffelder of The Digital Reader notes that author Courtney Milan, who served as a law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, finds a compelling argument to be made in the revised version of the suit.
