Whether you're wide or exclusive, there's pretty much no ignoring Amazon if you're an author.
So it's not surprising that Kristine Kathryn Rusch would have an entire installment of her year-in-review post series dedicated to Amazon.
And along with her recap of the significant changes that took place there comes her usual warning — if you're exclusive, you're putting all your eggs in one basket.
