It's release day for Harry, Duke of Sussex, whose memoir Spare has already shot up the sales charts and shared juicy tidbits about Britain's royal family.

And the leadup to the actual launch has been as much of a story (okay, almost) as the book's actual contents.

The New York Times talked with publishing veterans about how the industry handles such a sought-after release and the extra challenges that it faces with Harry's book (which, of course, already leaked).
