Author Joan Didion's New York apartment hits the market

The late writer Joan Didion's belongings were auctioned off late last year, to collectors' delight (as evidenced by the prices for some items).

And now that her belongings are gone, it's time to sell her apartment.

Curbed reports that the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom apartment in New York City is on the market for $7.5 million.

We're guessing that's not in your price range (it's not in ours, either), but the good news is you can admire photos of Didion's apartment on Curbed.
