Benedict Cumberbatch will star in "Grief Is the Thing with Feathers"

May is Max Porter news month, apparently.

Earlier this month, he released a new book, Shy, and now Deadline has an update on the movie adaptation of a previous novel.

The film version of Grief Is the Thing with Feathers will star Benedict Cumberbatch as a father of two dealing with the death of his wife — and with a mysterious creature known as Crow that appears as they grieve.
