Read an excerpt from "The Wolves of Eternity"

Happy release day to Karl Ove Knausgaard and the English translation of his novel Ulvene fra evighetens skog.

The book came out in Norway in 2021 and is now here in English as The Wolves of Eternity.

It's a sequel to a previous novel, Morgenstjernen (The Morning Star), and brings together half-siblings whose lives have progressed in dramatically different ways.

Like in the prior novel, key events of the The Wolves of Eternity are set against the appearance of a bright star in the sky.
