Michelle Obama reveals memoir cover

Michelle Obama shared the cover for her upcoming memoir, Becoming, on social media Thursday.

The cover reveal comes after the former first lady posted previously unreleased family photographs on Instagram in recent days.

Obama’s post of the Becoming cover included an inspirational message:

I’m thrilled to share with all of you the cover for BECOMING. The process of writing this book has been so personally meaningful and illuminating for me. As I prepare to share BECOMING this fall, I hope you’ll also think about your own story, and trust that it will help you become whoever you aspire to be. Your story is what you have, what you will always have. It is something to own. #BECOMING

Becoming will be released in print, audio, and digital format on November 13. You can learn more about the book on its website.

According to a news release from its publisher, Crown, Obama will also embark on a U.S. and international book tour around the release date, with details to be announced later.
