NPR is remembering the late novelist Philip Roth with a compilation of his interviews.

The author, who died Tuesday at age eighty-five, appeared on "Fresh Air" many times over the course of his career.

Roth is best known for his novels Portnoy's Complaint and American Pastoral, which won a Pulitzer Prize.
