Watch the trailer for “The Old Man and the Gun”

FOX Searchlight released the trailer for The Old Man and the Gun on Tuesday.

The movie – starring Robert Redford, Casey Affleck, Danny Glover, and Sissy Spacek – is based on an essay in The Devil and Sherlock Holmes by David Grann.

Redford plays Forrest Tucker, who escaped from San Quentin State Prison at age seventy and embarked on a string of heists.

Tucker’s escapades confounded authorities while amusing the public.
