Elizabeth Katkin’s decision to conceive and give birth to a child wound up taking nine years and $200,000.

Her struggles led her to write a book about her and other women’s experiences with fertility, titled Conceivability: What I Learned Exploring the Frontiers of Fertility.

Katkin went on Here & Now to discuss her book with host Femi Oke.
