Does your book club need a fresh set of recommendations?
Well, the American Library Association has announced its shortlist for the 2019 Andrew Carnegie Medals for Excellence in Fiction and Nonfiction.
One winner from each category will be announced on January 27. You can see what aspect of each book appealed to the judges on the ALA website.
